ADDENDUM TO THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SPECIFICATION #01
1. The purpose of this addendum is to clarify any doubts that may arise regarding the
interpretation or execution of the requirements of this contract, which are detailed below:
1.1 SECTION 01 11 00 SCOPE OF WORK

steel surfaces with synthetic enamel coats.
b.- In this case, it must be interpreted that enamel is to be applied to all surfaces, whether steel or
galvanized steel, including the entire sandwich panel assembly. This requirement is in fact
established in legend callout No. 17 of drawing A203, which marks all elevations of the building.
Likewise, the government’s estimated quantity of 383.92 sm shown on that drawing confirms that
the treatment applies to the entire surface of the building.

Intermediate and Final Coat, subparagraphs 2.2.2.1 Steel Surfaces and 2.2.2.2 Galvanized Steel
Surfaces, to be painted with Two component polyurethane acrylic enamel.
b.- The above-mentioned treatment is what must be applied to referred surfaces, no matter if those
are steel or galvanized steel.
c.- Section 09 90 00 Paintings and Coating. Paragraph 3.6 Table of Painted requires as follow:
Steel Surface:
