Description

BASIS FOR AWARD- A Single Firm Fixed Price Award will be made to the responsible offeror, whose offer is, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, offers the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote with no adverse past performances. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes based on an acceptable/unacceptable basis to determine if the contractor meets the requirements described in the requirement.
