Vendors may propose either a custom/modified solution OR an or equal substitution that meets the 36"W X 24"D X78"H dimensions and all salient characteristics below. Due to current fiscal constraints, this acquisition will be structured using a Base Quantity (CLIN 0001) and an Option Quantity (OPTION CLIN 0002) to maximize the use of available funding at the time of award. CLIN 0001 (Base - Funded): The Government will award and fund the maximum quantity of lockers possible utilizing currently available fiscal year funding. CLIN 0002 (Option - Unfunded): The remaining balance of the 57 total lockers will be established as an unfunded option. The Government reserves the right to exercise this option, in whole or in part, subject to the availability of additional funding. CLIN 0003 (Shipping – Fully Funded at Award): Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) shipping and freight for the entire maximum quantity of fifty-seven (57) lockers. Funding & Execution: This CLIN will be fully funded and awarded at the time of the initial award, regardless of the initial quantity of lockers funded under CLIN 0001. Option Shipping Constraint: Any subsequent exercise of OPTION CLIN 0002 (remaining lockers) will be shipped under this pre-funded CLIN. No additional shipping or freight charges will be authorized or paid upon the exercise of CLIN 0002. Quote Validity and Pricing Instructions Quote Validity: To facilitate potential option exercises, offerors must guarantee their proposed unit pricing as firm-fixed-price (FFP) through September 30, 2026. Volume Pricing: Vendors are highly encouraged to offer their most competitive unit pricing, including any volume-based or tier-discount pricing based on the total potential quantity of 57 units. (vi) Delivery is to be made to: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage Alaska, 99506 (vii) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text.
