Side-by-Side UTV Rental for Offutt AFB Airshow 2026

UTV Statement of Work 2026 Defenders of Freedom Air & Space Show Offutt Air Force Base will host an Air Show Open House from 8-9 August 2026. In order to execute the Air Show Open House, Offutt Air Force Base requires the following rentals for UTVs. Items to be provided and services to be performed must be in strict accordance with what is below. Qty Item Notes Delivery and Pick-up Times and Dates 7 Side by Side UTV w/ Bed - Must be fuel-operated Delivery: No later than (NLT) 0800 CDT, Thursday, 6 August 2026 Pick-Up: No earlier than (NET) 0800 CDT, Monday, 10 August 2026 Total 7 1. Responsibilities: a. The Contractor: i. Shall provide fuel-operated side by side utility vehicles. ii. Shall deliver, stage, and retrieve all equipment in coordination with Offutt AFB Air Show representative. iii. Shall provide equipment that is fully functional, safe, and in good working condition. iv. Shall provide sufficient fuel at time of delivery to support initial operations. v. Shall ensure all equipment remains operational throughout the period of performance. vi. Shall provide on-call maintenance support during Air Show operations to address any mechanical failures or equipment issues. vii. Shall provide vehicle replacement if vehicle is non-functional. viii. Shall provide rapid response time for maintenance support within 1 hour of notification to minimize operational disruption. ix. Shall provide point of contact for immediate issue resolution during the event. b. The Organizer: i. Shall provide delivery/pickup location and access instructions. ii.
