Combined Synopsis Solicitation Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility 1. PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting proposals for a service contract Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), The Navy is undertaking an effort to revitalize and optimize industrial infrastructure at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF). The purpose of this contractcontract is to provide short-haul flatbed trucking services to relocate between 60,000-100,000-sqft, approximately 4-5 million pounds, of government-owned outdoor equipment and materials, between various Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) government sites and government leased facilities. 3. Solicitation number N4523A26Q1315 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). 4. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 16 March 2026, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 10 November 25. Incorporates Class Deviation 2025-O00040 5. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. 6. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 484210 , Used Household and Office Goods Moving with a NAICS size standard of $34M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is V112 transportation/travel/relocation- transportation: motor freight 7. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service type contract. This is a non- personnel services contract. 8. A full description of the requirement associated with this contract action is provided in a detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). 9. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. 10. Unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Contractor shall include delivery schedule information in their proposal. 11. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at or near Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, at a training facility acquired by the contractor per the attached PWS. 12.
