North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS): 324110 Small Business Size Standard: 1500 employees or refining no more than 200,000 barrels per calendar day. 5. In accordance with FAR 52.216-1 Type of Contract (April 1984) The Government contemplates award of a Fixed-Priced, Requirements contract with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) contract resulting from this solicitation. 7. The period for acceptance of quotes: The vender agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. Quote price should include all cost arising from performance of the contract. Vendors must submit pricing in Unit per US Gallon. format. 8. Offerors may not include in their prices or proposed charges any foreign taxes. Offerors are expected to know the relevant business procedures in the countries where fuel will be delivered. For any tax exemptions that may apply due to the nature of the acquisition being to supply the United States Government, the winning offeror is expected to procure tax exemptions in a timely manner in order to meet the period of performance. 9.
