Description
Thermwood CNC Router Machine Statement of Work (SOW)
Ultra 6 SuperControl Upgrade for Existing Machine (MTR21033)
The Ultra 6 SuperControl upgrade shall be completed on-site at the Fort Benning Training Support
Center and includes the following items:
• 1 TB Solid-State Hard Drive
• Intel i5 9 th Generation Six Core Processor
• Mother Board
• Power Supply
• Latest Version of THM (Thermwood) Software
• Programming Manual
• Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 Operating Software
• Back Up Pen Drive
• Miscellaneous Cables
• This retrofit package includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty on all the components
required for this upgrade. Pricing shall include Installation and Travel.
Preventative Maintenance of Existing Machine (MTR21033)
The technician shall check the machine for any existing problems that may be present and make any
necessary recommendations of part replacement or maintenance scheduling. Required time to
perform the above action is approximately one day. Travel expenses shall be included.
On-Site Software Training (Mastercam)
On-Site Software Training shall be provided to help customer get the proper training needed in order
to operate their software package for purposes of programming their Thermwood CNC router.
During the on-site training course, a qualified Thermwood Software Support technician shall take
into consideration the software application and implement training accordingly. This enables the
customer to get the fullest benefit from their training. Travel expenses shall be included.
Training shall take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for eight hours each day on the
week scheduled. Machine shall be completely installed by the customer and in good operating
condition prior to training tech’s arrival. There shall be no more than four (4) students per training
session, and that the students shall be free from normal work obligations during course of training.
Prices shall include all the necessary materials needed to complete the installation. Prices shall
include labor, travel expenses for installation and shipping of the retrofit components. The price of
the upgrade reflects credit for all removed components to be returned to Thermwood Corporation.
Delivery time shall be no more than 60 days from the date of award.
