Description
Performance Work Statement
The Contractor shall provide cleaning and haul away service for all interior sections
of the 4th floor building 606.
The contractor shall empty the building of all residual items including but not limited
to equipment, rugs and other furnishings, papers, books, and other personal and
business items left behind after the move from the building is complete. The
furniture in these rooms will be saved and moved to a specified location for
storage. Additionally, up to 20 additional desks will be moved from various areas in
the building to the same storage location on the 4th floor.
See attached drawing to detail the locations and layout.
The contractor shall sweep and/or vacuum the empty spaces and leave the building
in good condition for the next occupants to move in.
The contractor shall provide all dumpsters needed to complete these tasks.
The contractor shall provide dumpsters, deliver them in place, fill them with the
contents of the building and remove and replace them once they are filled and
remove all dumpsters at the end of the work.
The contractor will be notified when a section of the building has been vacated and
the section needs to be cleared of items and cleaned.
The contractor will arrange for work to be completed within 2 weeks of notification
from USMA.
The contractor shall perform the same work in other buildings on West Point as
requested as the occupants move from building 606 to their new location.

The work for this time frame will take place from date of award until the end of
September 2026.
