PROVIDE COMMERCIAL AERIAL WORK PLATFORM /MANLIFT SUPPORT, USS
FRANK CABLE (N23950)
1. Scope of Work:
This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for a vendor to provide ONE (1)
commercial Aerial Work Platforms (man-lift) for the USS FRANK CABLE.
2. Requirements:
The Contractor shall provide the following:
2.1 Equipment:
One (1) aerial work platform, with a working height of 120 feet.
All equipment must be delivered in a clean, safe, and fully operational
condition.
Equipment must be delivered to the customer with a full fuel tank.
2.2 Service:
The Contractor is required to have on-base and pier access.
The Contractor must deliver and retrieve the equipment at the times and
location specified by the Point of Contact.
Upon delivery to the customer, the Contractor must provide a safety and
operational demonstration for designated personnel.
2.3 Equipment Support and Replacement:
In the event of an equipment breakdown or safety discrepancy, the
Contractor is required to provide a replacement unit within four (3) hours of
notification.
3. Period of Performance:
