1. Description of Services / Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and
supervision necessary to upgrade and integrate video teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities
within the 27th Special Operations Support Squadron (27 SOSS) facilities located in
Building 724 at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico.
The objective of this requirement is to provide a modern, reliable, and user‑friendly video
conferencing capability supporting Department of Defense collaboration platforms such as
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx through a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) interface.
The upgraded system shall provide high‑definition video, integrated audio, and automated
camera tracking capability to support conference and briefing operations conducted within
the auditorium and designated conference areas.
2. Period of Performance
The contractor shall complete delivery, installation, integration, and operational testing
within 180 calendar days after contract award. Final system acceptance will occur following
successful functional testing and demonstration of operational capability to the
Government.
3. Specific Requirements
The contractor shall provide, install, configure, and commission a video teleconferencing
upgrade capable of supporting software‑based video conferencing from a Bring Your Own
Device (BYOD) laptop connection.
