If offering an "equal" product, provide descriptive literature clearly identifying the brand, model, and any modifications with a side-by-side comparison of the Clivet WSAT-YSC4 350.8 Salient Characteristics.  Warranty: Specify warranty duration. Minimum requirement: 18 months from date of invoice. 4. FACTOR II: PRICE (VOLUME II)  All pricing must be in EUROS (EUR) € with exactly two (2) decimal places.  The Government will use the FY26 budget rate for evaluation: 1 USD = 0.9303 EUR.  Items ≥ $5,000 USD require a Unique Item Identifier (UID).
