1 Purpose of this Equipment: To provide 360 degree bakery goods, multi-tiered display for patron
self-service selections.

3 General Operating Specifications:
3.1 Dimensions:
3.1.1 Overall height to be approximately 54 inches.
3.1.2 72 inches long / wide, 30 inches deep, (Base section).
3.1.3 66 inches long / wide, 28 inches deep, (Second shelf / display level).
3.1.4 60 inches long / wide, 21 inches deep, (Third shelf / display level).
3.1.5 54 inches long / wide, 15 inches deep, (Top shelf /display level).
3.1.6 Dimensional sizes may vary plus or minus 2 inches in any direction.
3.2 Salient Characteristics that shall be provided:
3.2.1 Oak construction.
3.2.2 Moisture resistant protective sealant.
3.2.3 Casters: 2 swivel and minimum 2 locking.
