This requirement is under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) codes: 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees. This requirement is set-aside 100% Buy Indian (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services); wherein, Buy Indian means American Indian and Alaska Native Small businesses , in accordance with the criteria and size standards of 13 CFR Part 121. Indian Health Service (IHS) – Phoenix Area Office (PAO), 40 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85004-4424 has a requirement for Panorex Dental Xray Unit for the Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU).
