Work is located at Friant Dam approximately 15 miles northeast of Fresno, California, in Fresno County and Madera County. 1.02 PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF WORK A. Removal and Disposal of the following existing features: 1. Compressors. 2. Air dryers. 3. Air plumbing cabinets. 4. Air piping. a. Flexible hose connection to air bladders is not included in scope of work. 5. Cooling water piping and pumps. a. Existing carbon steel cooling water pipe is not included in scope of work. 6. Programmable logic controller (PLC) cabinet. B. Metalwork: 1. Rehabilitating existing staircases. C. Mechanical: 1. Furnishing and installing the following new features: a. Compressors. b.
