Award Notice for Project Number: 568A4-23-207, Replace 1 North HVAC System. Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to complete Project 568A4-23-207 Replace 1 North HVAC System, at the VABHHCS Hot Springs, SD Campus, in accordance with the attached drawings, specifications, and Statement of Work. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of air handling unit and all associated mechanical equipment, the conversion of equipment to direct digital controls, ceiling removal and replacement, replacement of VAV boxes, replacement of ductwork distribution mains, upsize existing electrical panels/breaker and safety switches and feeders serving the HVAC. Period of Performance for this work is 365 Calendar Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
