The Vendor must have the capability to remove the existing aged double wide fabricated home, deliver, install, and hook up all utilities of the new home. Additionally, there are specific features that are needed for the barracks type of environment. Barracks style bath set up is essential (no bath attached to one room) common area bath set up.
