1 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The contractor shall provide 309 Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) all management,
tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to perform monthly, quarterly, bi-
annual, and annual scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance of Wagner
Paint Proportioners and Perf 50 Air Drying System as requested.
2 BASIC SERVICES
2.1 The contractor shall perform scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and
provide a report listing analysis/findings for each Paint Proportioner serviced. All work
will be accomplished on machines and locations listed in Appendix B. After completing
any maintenance, the contractor shall dispose of trash and components that are no longer
needed in the corresponding trash or recycle bins. Any components that can be rebuilt
may be stored at the contractor’s facility for future use. The contractor shall notify
Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) via email when components are removed from the
facility.
2.2 While the contractor is performing maintenance, they shall allow for shadowing by
government personnel to discuss the steps involved in troubleshooting and repairs. The
contractor shall provide familiarization of equipment upon request by 309 MXSS
supervision or TPOC.
2.3 SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
2.3.1 The contractor shall perform scheduled maintenance In Accordance With (IAW)
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements and standards.
2.3.2 The contractor shall only perform the scheduled maintenance listed in Appendix
D. To modify the scheduled maintenance the contractor shall contact the TPOC
and Contracting Officer Representative to request changes to Appendix D. No
maintenance is required for machines in storage. The 309 MXSS supervisor shall
approve all completed maintenance.
2.3.3 The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) will provide the contractor with
a list of 309 MXSS supervisor and TPOC.
2.3.4 The contractor shall schedule and coordinate maintenance times with 309 MXSS
supervisor and TPOC or alternate prior to performance of scheduled
maintenance. Scheduled maintenance for machines currently in use consists of
Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually, and Annual maintenance, as per Appendix D.

2.3.5 The contractor shall notify the 309 MXSS supervision when preventative
maintenance is complete. All repair work shall be to the OEM configuration. The
contractor shall demonstrate completion of repairs by performing a functional
test for the 309 MXSS supervisor or designated representative on duty.
2.3.6 The contractor shall provide a report listing all the work performed as part of
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, within 2 business days of completed work.
