CUI CUI Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for 10 Side- by-Side All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s) IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-Q-A020, is being issued as a Full and Open Competition Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to the office issuing. By signing, the contractor agrees to provide all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. EVALUATION OF RESPONSES: Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (available at: www.sam.gov ), and all responsible sources may submit a proposal/quote for consideration. Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. Submissions must also include a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items.
