4. Description:
(i)This is a new requirement for 9 Golf Carts for AMXS See Statement of Need dated 27 Feb 2026.
9 Golf Carts –
Characteristics: The replacement vehicles must meet specific salient characteristics that align with the
MXG’s operational needs and conditions:
a. Brand Name or Equal: Cushman, Shuttle 4; Gas engine; Part Number: 618851G.
b. Type: Gas powered low-speed vehicle
c. Quantity: 9 vehicles
d. Specifications:
i. Payload Capacity: Minimum of 1200 pounds to transport personnel and maintenance
equipment, including tools, spare parts, and essential equipment. Must have a utility bed.

ii. Seating: Minimum of 4 seats.
iii. Top Speed: Maximum speed of 15 mph to comply with safety regulations and
operational requirements on the flight line.
iv. Turning Radius: Small turning radius for maneuverability in tight spaces typical of the
flight line environment.
v. Durability: Construction materials that can withstand exposure to various chemicals, oil,
and rugged terrain associated with flight line operations.
vi. Safety Features: Must include safety features such as roof, windshield, and DOT
lighting systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations while transporting
personnel and equipment.
(ii) “IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), a solicitation will not be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE). Instead, the
government will request quotes directly from at least three (3) sources and issue an award to the offeror representing the best
value. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 2026.”
NOTE: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made
under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation,
either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has
no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cos
