Description

Salient Characteristics PACKAGING PRODUCTION MACHINE Configuration and Working Units: The system should be equipped with one automatic transversal slitting and/or scoring unit, capable of performing all transversal slitting, scoring, and slit-scoring operations. Provided with longitudinal slitting and scoring units, for longitudinal slitting, scoring, and slit-scoring processes. These units should also feature automatic adjustment for efficient setup and operation. Creasing: The machine should support perforated creasing, allowing the production of boxes with perforated fold lines. Cardboard Feeding System: Preferably including a 1CL unwinding rack positioned at the rear of the machine, designed to ensure proper unwinding and alignment of cardboard material. SbS Feeder: The SbS feeder should allow for the feeding of up to two fanfold piles side by side. Supported preferred fanfold widths are: Single fanfold: minimum 400 mm, maximum 1,400 mm Two fanfolds: minimum 400 mm, maximum 970 mm each Minimum space between fanfolds: 30 mm Maximum overall width (including space): 1,400 mm Control Panel and Software: The system should feature a control panel with production management software, enabling at minimum the following: Management of up to 20 parametric packaging models Creation and archiving customized packaging solutions Storage of customer-specific box designs Management of up to 5 selectable production lists Connection to the company network for remote data transfer Visualization of production reports and remote SQL queries Archive of cardboard types used by the customer Creation of composite boxes (e.g., boxes with integrated protection) Assisted help desk for troubleshooting Compatibility with Supplier Cloud for QBOX and WEB REPORT integration Software should be installed on the control panel, allowing users to create and save custom box designs directly on the machine. Standard Box Models: The machine, at minimum, should provide 20 standard-box models pre-installed. Minimum box dimensions and minimum maximum dimensions: Minimum box dimensions: 150mm Length, width, and height Minimum Maximum dimensions (larger dimensions than these are acceptable): 1220mm Length x 1020mm Width x 1020mm Height. Box Remote Management Software: Should be available to be installed on the customer’s PC, offering a user-friendly interface identical to the machine panel, with following minimum requirements: FULL HD monitor 8GB RAM Windows 10 TeamViewer 13 and Internet connection Ethernet connection to the machine -- 1 of 2 -- It enables the client to remotely view and edit the production program and box archive. Barcode Management: The system should be capable of including, or be equipped with, software and a wireless barcode reader for production management via barcode scanning with two working modes available: Mode A: Barcodes identify items (static codes) Mode B: Barcodes identify production orders (dynamic codes) The barcode reader should preferably be integrated with the packaging machine and supports the following standards: EAN 13, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 32, Code 39, Code 128, GS1-128. Network and Support: The system should be designed for integration with company networks and supports remote SQL queries.
