Statement of Work (SOW) Stretch Wrap Machine with scale THREE (3) each Background: a. Requiring Organization Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA (DDBC) b. History Machines are required to keep up with the current mission. c. Purpose of the Statement of Work (SOW): Purchase new stretch wrap machines with scales three (3) each. Scope of Work to be Performed by Contractor: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and material to construct three (3) new stretch wrap machines with scales. All equipment furnished shall be new from the manufacturer’s most current production and meet current industry standards, and conform to the best quality of materials and workmanship. Accessories not specifically mentioned herein, but necessary to furnish complete systems ready for use, shall also be included and named. All transportation/shipping and installation shall be provided by the contractor. The stretch machines must be equivalent to or greater than the Manufacturer Cousins, Model LP 2100 SRT with scale as specified below. Salient Characteristics: The main components of the Stretch wrap machine are: Load capacity 50"X50"X80" Weight capacity: 4000 lbs 36-42 bearing support system or equivalent. 3-12rpm variable turntable speed. Soft Start acceleration Positive turntable deceleration and alignment 12 point film carriage guidance system or equivalent. Fully electronic dynamic film dancer or equivalent Automatic load height sensor Variable speed film carriage control 1-9 revolution film wrap counters. Low Profile Turn table 4000lb capacity built in load cell (weigh scale) MUST BE ABLE TO USE 30” FILM Exterior color – Manufacturer’s standard. Warranty Coverage - Warranty coverage shall be manufacturer’s standard warranty but not less than one year parts and labor. Operator, Parts and Service Manual(s) and Training – The contractor shall provide with delivery, one (1) complete set of manuals with each machine. Definitions of Terms and Abbreviations: a.
