CUI CUI STATEMENT OF WORK FOR 358 TRS KI-Brand Pirouette Tables (Flip-Top White Board Tables) and Nesting Arm Chairs July 2026 PREPARED BY Capt Andrew Hazel 358 Training Squadron SHEPPARD AFB TX 76311 -- 1 of 3 -- STATEMENT OF WORK Statement of Work 1 CUI CUI PART 1 - GENERAL 1.1 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with these contract documents consists of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, materials, and incidental related work in execution of the assembling and installation of the quoted items per signed contract. 1. All Furniture shall be delivered, and offloaded, in the Air Force Logistics Officer School House (AFLOS) building 1923, 1211 K Ave. Sheppard AFB, TX 76311. 2. Removal of existing furniture is not required. 3. Contractors shall remove chairs from boxes and dispose of all boxes, packaging, and shipping materials for chairs. The Contractor is not required to unpack tables. The Contractor must dispose of materials according to local and state guidance. Contractor may not use Sheppard trash receptacles. 4. Delivery room is located on the first floor near the front of the building (North side). Use of elevators and stairs is not required. There is no dock or forklift available at this delivery location. The room is 137 (also labeled 21X or graduation room) and is the first door on your left once you walk past the flags. B. Work hours and special conditions: 1. Delivery and installation shall be confined to normal work hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. If both the government and contractor agree, installation may be permitted on weekends or after 4:30 p.m. at no additional cost to the government. The contractor shall coordinate with the customer Capt Andrew Hazel (945-210-3097) to schedule delivery and installation. Contractor shall contact customer to schedule delivery date and time at least 72 hours in advance. 2. The contractor shall remove and reinstall any furniture and equipment to accommodate the contractor’s work with coordination of the facility manager/user. C. Base/Gate Access: 1. Search Pit: Contractor shall access SAFB via the Missile Road gate, not the main gate. All vehicles entering the gate are subject to search. Vehicles over three-quarter (3/4) ton gross weight such as tractor trailers, delivery vans, haul trucks, and concrete trucks shall be searched before base access is permitted. Unless the contractor makes special arrangements at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance, such vehicles will be denied base entry outside normal search pit hours at no additional cost to the government. 2. Upon arrival at the gate, drivers must have proper photo identification, Bill of Lading information identifying the contract number and items being delivered, as well as the delivery destination on the base. Trucks should be packed to allow search prior to base entry. For security purposes, expect delays in entering the base. -- 2 of 3 -- Statement of Work 2 CUI CUI 3. Contractor personnel will then have to report to the Visitor’s Center (also at Missile Road) to obtain passes. 4. The contractor shall conform to all Base Regulations and directives that pertain to security, safety, traffic, fire and personnel clearances.
