This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626Q0184 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 37 TRSS Combat Weapons Flight Laundry and Dry-cleaning Services. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 812320, Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services (except coin-Operated) and a small business size standard of $8M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Description of Requirement. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price nonpersonal service requirement for the Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide Laundry and Dry-cleaning services at building 930 on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1-Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is structured as a five (5) year contract with five (5) one-year twelve months (12) ordering periods. The Period of Performance (PoP) is 08 September 2026 to 07 September 2031. This solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time before contract award. The Government is NOT liable for any costs associated with providing a response to this announcement. Response Due Date: The Government is soliciting for quotes to fulfill the subject requirement. Please respond to this RFQ by providing your quote (to include pricing information) through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) Solicitation platform and emailing a copy to Ms. Belinda Tindal at E-mail: belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil and Mr. Peter Agwata at E-mail: peter.agwata.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 PM CDT, on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 01, 2026, or sooner if possible. By submitting a quote, the Contractor concurs that the quote is for all services noted within this solicitation and shall provide the appropriate licensed/ certified individuals to fully implement the required services IAW the PWS. Questions/Concerns: All questions/concerns, if any, must be submitted in writing to the above noted email addresses no later than 12:00 PM CDT, THURSDAY, AUGUST 27, 2026. Addendum to RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The paragraph is tailored as follows: 1. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS. ***Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s)***: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 1.1. Submission of Quotes. Submit signed and dated quotes through the SAM.GOV solicitation module and email a copy to belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil and peter.agwata.1@us.af.mil at or before the exact time specified in the solicitation/SAM.gov. At a minimum, quotes shall include—  The solicitation number  The name, address, telephone number of the Offeror;  The Offeror’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code  All information necessary to evaluate the identified evaluation factors in the solicitation.  Responses to provisions that require Offeror completion of information, representations, and certifications (other than those collected via the System for Award Management (SAM); and  An acknowledgement that the offeror agrees with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments. 1.2. Period of Acceptance of quotes. Any quote, modification, or revision received after the time specified for receipt of quotes is “late” and will not be considered unless it is received before award is made and the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition. However, a late modification of an otherwise successful quote that makes its terms more favorable to the Government will be considered at any time it is received and may be accepted.
