This amendment reactivates the solicitation and extends the close date to June 4, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. MT. SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) – Hard-side Expandable Light Air Mobile Shelter (HELAMS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number FA251726Q0025 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 03/13/2026. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited as Full and Open Competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. The quotes will be evaluated IAW RFO 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to RFO 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the 4th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron (4 EWS) for Hard-side Expandable Light Air Mobile Shelter (HELAMS), on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
