following specifications:
General Requirements:
• No installation required – this procurement is for the items listed below and delivery.
• Specifications and other supporting documents must be provided for all materials with
the Solicitation quote.
• All items shall be quoted with a breakout of each line item on the Price Schedule in
order to compare pricing per unit.
• Vendors shall quote pricing for each line item on a per ton basis.
• Award to be made in one lot for each line item.
• Additional amounts of each material, beyond the total required amounts listed below,
may be required.
o If additional materials are required, the total amount shall be determined at
the time of Award and will be provided by the vendor at the price per ton rate
quoted for the Solicitation in the Price Schedule.
o Evaluation of quotes will be performed on a Lowest Price Technically
Acceptable basis on the required amounts listed in the Specifications below
and on the Price Schedule.
Specifications for 5/8” Crusher Run Granite:
• Total required amount: 200 tons
• Granite must not be greater in size then 5/8”.
• Must be crusher run and contain smaller sized stone and fines.
• Color of the material must be either tan, rose or pink, smaller quantities of black and
white acceptable.
• No installation required – this procurement is for the gravel quantities below and
delivery.
• Supplier current specifications sheet and a representative test report must be provided
for all materials with the Solicitation quote.
Specifications for 1.5” Crusher Run Limestone:
• Total required amount: 400 tons
• If 1.5”- limestone is not available, then 2” will be acceptable.
• Must be crusher run and contain smaller sized stone and powdery fines.
• No installation required – this procurement is for the gravel quantities below and
delivery.
• Supplier current specifications sheet and a representative test report must be provided
for all materials with the Solicitation quote.

Submittals:
• Supplier current specifications sheet and a representative test report must be provided
for all materials with the Solicitation quote.
• Certified scale tickets required for each truckload. Payment will be Firm Fixed Price - no
adjustment will be made to the Award Amount for excess material.
Delivery and Instructions:
• Delivery: 60 days after contract award effective date.
• Park owned equipment will move material once delivered to recemented area
• No restrictions on size of the trucks needed to make the deliveries
• Park hours of operation is Monday- Thursday 7am- 4 pm
• Delivery area has gated access and is inaccessible to the public without being opened by
NPS.
• Delivery cost must be included in pricing.
• Arrangements for delivery must be made with NPS POC 1 (one) week prior to shipment.
Applicable performance standards:
• Delivery will be FOB Destination.
• Award to be made as ONE LOT for each Line Item as a Firm Fixed Price.
