The DC VA Medical Center has a requirement to expand our current fleet of middle ear analyzers to meet the patient care needs. Having a dedicated Titan V1 unit in every auditory booth offers significant clinical advantages for our Veterans. It eliminates the need to share or transport equipment between exam rooms, reducing wait times and allowing our audiologists to deliver faster, more efficient care. Standardizing this technology across all booths ensures that every Veteran receives the same high level of diagnostic precision, regardless of which booth or clinician they see. Scope of Work. The procurement shall include all parts, materials, labor, software/licenses, resources, and training required to implement and utilize the equipment/system to their fullest capacity. All items must be covered by manufacturer’s warranty and procured through a manufacturer-approved distribution channel. Distributers and resellers must be able to document ability to provide items through manufacturer-approved distribution channels upon request.
