The primary location is building 1108, Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), Massachusetts 01731. Period of Performance. 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. While the actual execution of the move is expected to be completed within one (1) business day, the total contract PoP needs to allow for administrative prep and scheduling the downtime window. Weeks 1-2: Conduct site survey and develop the Cutover/Migration Plan in parallel. Week 3: Submission and approval of the Cutover/Migration Plan. Week 4: The actual execution of the move. Weeks 5-8: Final testing, troubleshooting, and submission of As-Built documentation. Scope: Scope. Relocate one (1) Giant Voice (GV) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) from the penthouse area of building 1108 to the spare office space on the 3rd floor of building 1108. This RTU is one of six RTUs that are part of the base-wide ATI Mass Alert system, which is controlled by two Central Control Units (REACT 5000s). Services. The Contractor shall provide all specialized labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to safely power down, physically transport, re-install, and re- integrate the system. The objective is to ensure the RTU is restored to Full Operational Capability (FOC) in the new location. This includes the proper handling of all associated radio frequency (RF) cabling, network connections, power configurations, and grounding systems, as well as conducting comprehensive post-move testing and optimization to verify system integrity.  Conduct a comprehensive site survey of both the existing (penthouse) and future (3rd fl) locations.  Provide Hanscom LMR manager with a list of precise requirements for the relocation such as power needs to accommodate the new location. • What is the required AC and/or DC operating voltage range? • What are the electrical power outlet installation requirements? Need this to submit to Hanscom’s Civil Engineering team for the outlet installation to be completed. • The HPSS Siren and Outdoor Speaker Unit and antenna will remain in its current position, only the RTU will be relocated. Situations may arise where Government facilities may not be available for performance of requirements (i.e., closure due to weather, force protection conditions, etc.). Contractor employees will contact his/her supervisor for direction concerning late reporting or early release due to inclement weather. The Contractor shall follow specific requirements regarding mission-essential services. Delays or additional responses due to exercises and contingencies are part of the environment and cannot be considered cause for an adjustment in price. Mission requirements may necessitate suspension or cancellation of operations for that period. All uncompleted work requirements will be rescheduled for accomplishment later at no additional cost.
