Statement of Work (SOW) 786 FSS Replacement of 24/7 Access Doors 1.0 General This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the purchase and installation of new electronic lock entry doors at three fitness centers on Ramstein Air Base and Kapaun: Southside Fitness Center, Northside Fitness Center, and Vogelweh Fitness Center (Kapaun). The new doors will be integrated with the existing 24/7 access control system (Rectrac) and will be compatible with SmartNet Access Control System software that will be installed per AFSVC later this year. 2.0 Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to perform the following work: 2.1 Southside Fitness Center • Remove and dispose of the two existing single main entrance doors (far left and far right). • Furnish and install two (2) new Aluprof MB-79N aluminum doors, or equivalent, with the following specifications: • Color: RAL 8016 Mahogany brown matt. • Dimensions: approximately 875mm x 2065mm each. • Thermal insulation. • Panic/emergency exit hardware (EN1125 compliant). • Outward opening. • Install a DC electric lock compatible with the existing Rectrac access control system and Smartnet access control system. • Integrate the new doors and locks with the existing swipe card readers and Rectrac system to ensure full functionality. • Perform all necessary finishing work, including the installation of aluminum trim. 2.2 Northside Fitness Center • Remove and dispose of the existing double main entrance door. • Furnish and install one (1) new Aluprof MB-79N aluminum double door, or equivalent, with the following specifications: • Color: RAL 8016 Mahogany brown matt. • Dimensions: approximately 2190mm x 2245mm. • Thermal insulation. • Panic/emergency exit hardware (EN1125 compliant). • Outward opening. • I Install a DC electric lock compatible with the existing Rectrac access control system and Smartnet access control system. -- 1 of 2 -- • Integrate the new doors and locks with the existing swipe card readers and Rectrac system to ensure full functionality. 2.3 Vogelweh Fitness Center • Remove and dispose of the existing double main entrance door. • Furnish and install one (1) new Aluprof MB-79N aluminum double door, or equivalent, with the following specifications: • Color: RAL 8016 Mahogany brown matt. • Dimensions: approximately 2190mm x 2245mm. • Thermal insulation. • Panic/emergency exit hardware (EN1125 compliant). • Outward opening. • Install a DC electric lock compatible with the existing Rectrac access control system and Smartnet access control system. • Integrate the new doors and locks with the existing swipe card readers and Rectrac system to ensure full functionality. 3.0 Technical Requirements • All doors and hardware must be new and of commercial-grade quality, suitable for high-traffic entrances. • The electronic locking mechanisms must be capable of continuous operation and integrate seamlessly with the existing Rectrac access control system and future Smartnet Access Control System. The existing swipe card readers will be reused if functional or replaced if necessary. • All installation work shall be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations. • The contractor is responsible for all measurements and for ensuring the new doors fit the existing openings correctly. 4.0 Deliverables • Fully functional and installed electronic entry doors at all three locations as specified in this SOW. • All keys (5 per lock) and any associated documentation for the new hardware. • Proper disposal of all old materials and debris from the work sites. 5.0 Place of Performance • Southside Fitness Center, Ramstein Air Base, Germany • Northside Fitness Center, Ramstein Air Base, Germany • Vogelweh Fitness Center, Vogelweh/Kapaun, Germany 6.0 Period of Performance The work shall be completed within a timeframe of estimated delivery and installation date is 6-8 weeks from order/payment. -- 2 of 2 --
