STATEMENT OF WORK
Project Title: Entry Point Licenses Software and install support
Location: Elko CBOC, Saint George CBOC and Idaho falls CBOC for the Salt Lake City, UT, George E. Wahlen, Depart. of Veteran Affairs Medical Center
I. SCOPE OF WORK:
Furnish all necessary services, equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and tools to perform the purchasing and installing of 3 Entry Point Identity and Access Management software and devices necessary to activate PIV badging into the C-Cures S PACS system. The contractor shall include the base license for 1 year. The contractor shall also be available to assist with installation questions and support.

3 USB Card readers
