90 radiosondes and antenna preamplifier for Natal and Hanoi

STATEMENT OF WORK 2026 SHADOZ Ozonesonde Station Radiosonde/Interface Order Background The Wallops Island, and Natal, Brazil, and Hanoi, Vietnam, long-term SHADOZ ozonesonde measurement stations need to continue their multi-decadal balloon borne ozone profile record for satellite validation, ozone and pollution trends, and climate studies. This requirement is for 100 ea. + 120 ea. (different models) radiosondes and 146 ea. + 55 ea. (different models) ozone interface kits. The radiosondes and equipment are required to ensure consistency with the existing SHADOZ records, and compatibility with the ground data collection systems currently in place at Natal and Hanoi. Scope The operators at the SHADOZ stations shall prepare, launch, and collect the data from the radiosondes, and send the data to NASA/GSFC in Greenbelt, MD. Place of Performance This work will be performed at Wallops Island, and also the Natal, Brazil, and Hanoi, Vietnam, SHADOZ ozonesonde stations. Period of Performance This order represents an approximately one-year supply of radiosondes and equipment with an expected delivery date of 30 November 2026. -- 1 of 1 --
