It includes: • design drawings • text & graphics Please note there is a Fabrication Specification for this work under separate cover that will for a part of the Contract Documents set. 1.2 How to read this document • Design Drawings are provided for costing and approval of design by BOR. They are NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION • It is the responsibility of the Fabricator to provide shop drawings for all signage and supports as part of this work. • Text & Graphics are provided for costing and reference for BOR approval of text and image use. • Each draft graphic layout is preceded by a text sheet. Please review the text sheet for accurate copy. • If the text in the graphic layout and text sheet differ, the copy in the text sheet takes precedence. • Text has been edited based on BOR feedback of the Contract Documents (100%) package November 22, 2024. • All images are for placement only (FPO) and are used to convey interpretive intent. Final images will be coordinated between the Designer and BOR staff during the Production-Ready Graphic file stage. • BOR feedback and edits to text and imagery will be implemented as part of the Production-Ready Graphic file stage (PRF) with proofs provided to BOR for final sign-off prior to printing.
