SCOPE OF SERVICES A. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one eight passenger van to the U.S. Embassy Riga, Latvia, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth herein. B. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. C. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required item to the Embassy of the United States of America located at Samnera Velsa Street 1. D. All prices are in Euros. E. VALUE ADDED TAX. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract and shall not be included in the CLIN rates or Invoices because the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate from the host government. II. GENERAL The contractor shall deliver one eight passenger van to the U.S. Embassy Riga, Samnera Velsa Street 1, Riga, Latvia. II. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS The vehicle must meet the following minimum specifications: • Engine: Petrol, diesel, or hybrid (not electric) • Engine Power: Minimum of 175 hp / 130 kW • Transmission: Automatic • Safety Features: o Driver’s dual airbags, including knee and side airbags o Passenger front and side airbags o Parking assist and/or back up camera o ABS with electronic brake distribution and brake assist • Climate Control: multiple zones for heating and air conditioning for passenger comfort • Seating o 8 seats (driver + 7 passengers) o Removable / configurable rear seats • Doors: Twin sliding rear doors preferred; rear doors on passenger and driver side required • Steering: o Left side o Power steering • Exterior Color: Neutral (black, charcoal, gray, navy, white, tan) • Interior Color: Dark • Miscellaneous Features: o Full-size spare wheel o Full-size trunk (775l capacity with all seats installed) o Heated steering wheel o Remote-controlled power door locks o Power windows o Ability to be serviced locally o Warranty: Minimum of 48 months, supported within the Baltic region o Extra set of winter tires o Rubber interior mats o Bluetooth connectivity III. DELIVERY LOCATION AND TIME A. Any Contractor personnel involved with the delivery of the vehicle shall comply with standard U.S. Embassy regulations for receiving supplies. B. The Contractor shall deliver the vehicle to the U.S. Embassy, Samnera Velsa Street 1, Riga, Latvia, LV 1510. C.
