PRICES
I. SCOPE OF SERVICES
A. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one eight passenger van to the U.S. Embassy Riga, Latvia, in
accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth herein.
B. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price purchase order.
C. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to
deliver the required item to the Embassy of the United States of America located at Samnera Velsa Street 1.
D. All prices are in Euros.
E. VALUE ADDED TAX. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract and shall not be included
in the CLIN rates or Invoices because the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate from the host
government.

DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT
I. GENERAL
The contractor shall deliver one eight passenger van to the U.S. Embassy Riga, Samnera Velsa Street 1, Riga,
Latvia.
II. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS
The vehicle must meet the following minimum specifications:
• Engine: Petrol, diesel, or hybrid (not electric)
• Engine Power: Minimum of 175 hp / 130 kW
• Transmission: Automatic
• Safety Features:
o Driver’s dual airbags, including knee and side airbags
o Passenger front and side airbags

C. The Contractor shall deliver the ordered vehicle not later than 60 days after the award.
