The Contractor shall deliver all ordered items to the U.S Embassy Tunis, The address is: American Embassy Tunis Les Berges du Lac – 1053 Tunis Tunisia B. The Contractor shall deliver all items not later than not later than One hundred and twenty days (120 days) after date of contract award. C. Any Contractor personnel involved with the delivery of the items shall comply with standard U.S. Embassy Tunis regulations for receiving supplies. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will be responsible for instructing contractor personnel at the time deliveries are made. D. If delivery will be to U.S. Embassy, Tunisia delivery shall be made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 11:30 and from 02pm thru 3:30. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND SURVEILLANCE PLAN (QASP) This plan provides an effective method to promote satisfactory contractor performance. The QASP provides a method for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to monitor Contractor performance, advise the Contractor of unsatisfactory performance, and notify the Contracting Officer of continued unsatisfactory performance. The Contractor, not the Government, is responsible for management and quality control to meet the terms of the contract.
