This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes
the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W9127S26QA034 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular
2026-01.
Set Aside, NAICS Code & Size Standard: This solicitation is being procured as a 100% Small Business
Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 561730 Landscaping Services, which has an applicable size standard of
$9.5M.
Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall provide boundary line
maintenance services for Greers Ferry Lake in Cleburne and Van Buren counties, Arkansas.
Place(s) and date(s) of performance:
Services shall be performed within the area of responsibility of the Greers Ferry Project Office; 700 Heber
Springs Road North, Heber Springs, AR 72543.
Performance Periods will be as follows:
• Base Period: 1 August 2026 (or date of award) – 31 July 2027
• Option Period 1: 1 August 2027 – 31 July 2028
• Option Period 2: 1 August 2028 – 31 July2029
• Option Period 3: 1 August 2029 – 31 July 2030
• Option Period 4: 1 August 2030 – 31 July 2031
Quotes are due no later than Thursday, 30 July 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT
A site visit will be conducted Tuesday, 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT
