Statement of Work MWEOC Audio Visual Broadcast Studio and Media Center Equipment Introduction/Background This statement of work (SOW) describes the requirements of the FEMA Mount Weather IT Services (MWITS) Division to purchase TRM approved Audio Visual Broadcast equipment for MWITS at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC). Scope of Work The MWEOC MWITS Division needs to procure equipment for the broadcast studio and media center. This equipment is required to upgrade studio and media center to 12G-SDI capable standard in an ongoing modernization. Place of Performance Services are to be procured and will be used within the MWEOC facility (19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Mt. Weather, VA 20135). Work Requirements Tasks include a successful order of the correct and necessary items and the accessibility of these items in the capacity that meets the requirement of the Government. Schedule/Milestones Schedule: Contractor receives awarded contract/purchase order/delivery order from Government. After receipt of awarded purchase order, the items should be delivered within the delivery period of performance. Acceptance Criteria MWEOC personnel will ensure the items meet the item description in this Statement of Work and Schedule of Supplies and are fully functional to the necessary and advertised capacity, ensuring that all capabilities necessary for use.
