PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes - Demolish and replace two 7.5-ton AHU and condensing
units. AHU located in an open/panel ceiling, condensing units located
exterior to building. Replace manual and controlled outdoor air dampers. Cap
exists existing isolated exhaust duct. Replace bathroom exhaust fan and
grills. All new refrigerant and condensate lines. Replace electric panel for
circuit breakers. Replace condenser disconnects. Supply concrete pad for
condensing units and incidental related work.

SUPERVISION
One person may fill the roles of Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and
Safety & Health Officer, if duly qualified for all three positions as defined
