Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. Survey and treatment areas will include: roadsides and various areas within the planned fuel break along North Main Divide and adjacent roads in the Trabuco Ranger District of the Cleveland National Forest. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotes are due no later than 15 July 2026, 12:00 PM Mountain Time by email to the Contracting Officer, Megan Acord, at Megan.Acord@usda.gov so that it is delivered into this inbox by the due date and time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. Period of Performance for this requirement is base plus two (2) one-year options.
