Description

1. Background This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the on-site assembly, startup, and training for a 3-stage Solvac bi-solvent cleaning system with a Flexitrac modular automation system. This work is in support of the system that was previously purchased and detailed via (Crest Ultrasonics Corporation Quotation # C-59277 Rev C). 2. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all necessary services to ensure the cleaning system is properly assembled, fully operational, and that customer personnel are trained for its use and maintenance. The scope of work includes the following tasks: 2.1 System Assembly: The contractor shall assemble the 3-stage Solvac bi-solvent cleaning system and the Flexitrac modular automation system at the customer's facility. 2.2 System Startup and Testing: The contractor shall perform the initial startup of the system. This includes a full functional test and debugging of all system components to ensure they operate in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. 2.3 Training: The contractor shall provide comprehensive training to NSWC Crane personnel, and the training shall cover: Operational Training: Proper and safe operation of the cleaning system and automation. Maintenance Training: Standard and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure system longevity and optimal equipment performance. 3. Period of Performance The period of performance for this work will be from October 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. 4. Place of Performance All work described in this SOW shall be performed at: NSWC Crane 300 Highway 361 Bldg 3168, CODE LXLM Crane IN 47522 -- 1 of 3 -- 5. Setup/ Startup Report A formal detailed report documenting the s etup and s tartup proces s To be completed within the period of performance. Configuration Logs All s ys tem configuration logs s hall be provided to the government in contractor format To be completed within the period of performance. Sys tem Tes t Logs A complete s et of s ys tem tes t logs detailing pas s / fail operations of the s ys tem, and detailed corrective actions for all failed operations To be completed within the period of performance. Warranty Docum entation Provide a ll warranty documentation pertaining to the s ys tem components , s oftware and ancillaries To be completed within the period of performance. 6. Customer Responsibilities NSWC Crane, shall provide the following: Equipment Staging: Prior to the contractor's arrival, the system must be completely uncrated, unwrapped, removed from skidding, and moved to the final assembly area. Lifting Assistance: The customer shall provide the necessary lifting equipment and certified operators to assist with the assembly of the system components. Facility Access: The customer shall provide the contractor with access to the facility during normal business hours for the duration of the project. -- 2 of 3 -- Personnel Availability: The customer shall ensure that the personnel designated for training are available at the scheduled times. 7. Acceptance Criteria The work shall be considered complete and accepted upon the successful demonstration of the fully operational system by the contractor; and the completion of the training sessions; to the satisfaction of the designated customer representative. 8. Price The firm-fixed-price for the work described in this Statement of Work is $24,000.00. -- 3 of 3 --
