Reliable, liquid and vapor-phase cryogenic storage at -150 to –190°C using liquid nitrogen is required to ensure viability and long-term stability of irreplaceable plant and animal germplasm. Failure of storage equipment will result in irreversible loss of national genetic resources assets.   Brand-Name Justification  Request to Specify Brand Name: MVE HEco / HE 1879P-190AF-GB (PN 20681339)    1. Compatibility Requirements  NLGRP’s existing cryogenic infrastructure is standardized around MVE 1800-series geometry and systems. Switching brands would require major replacement of racks, SOP revisions, freezer monitoring systems, and retraining.    2.
