DATE SIGNED SECTION 1 - THE SCHEDULE CONTINUATION TO SF-1449 RFQ NUMBER 19MA1026Q0011 PRICES, BLOCK 23 DESCRIPTION The U.S. Embassy Madagascar has a requirement to repair the existing tank entry boot to ensure a secure and leak-free connection at the gasoline storage tank entry point, complying with all safety and environmental regulations (refer to current Photo on Part five). The total number of entry boots that need to be repaired is four (04). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The project shall be completed within 74 days from the date of contract award. A detailed schedule will be provided upon contract approval. NOTICE TO PROCEED After contract award and submission of acceptable insurance certificates, the Contracting Officer shall issue a Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will establish a date (a minimum of ten (10) days from date of contract award unless the Contractor agrees to an earlier date) on which performance shall start. PRICING VAT VERSION B VALUE ADDED TAX. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract and shall not be included in the CLIN rates or Invoices because the U.S. Embassy has a tax exemption certificate from the host government.
