Plastic spool burn test is required and the sampling is required. (see 3.6 and 4.3.1.9) K. Containers are required to be in accordance with MIL-W-10430 (see 3.7.1) -- 2 of 3 -- L. Additional container requirements (see 3.7.1): Preserved and packed commercial M. Additional container marking requirements (see 3.7.3): N/A N. Percent defective samples (see 4.3.1.5 and 6.7): Acceptable quality level of 2.5 percent defective. Single sampling plan shall be used. O. Sampling for containers, container marking, and lot identification examination is not required to be in accordance with requirements other than MIL-W-10430. (see 4.3.1.8) P. Check mechanical property tolerances are not permitted for retest as part of receipt inspection (see 4.5.2.4.1.2). Q. Packaging requirements (see 4.6, 5.1, and 6.8): N/A R. All qualifications, inspections, etc. not specifically addressed in the ordering data will be accomplished per Class 1a. requirements. All unit, intermediate, and shipping containers must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Refer to DLA Procurement Note C20 for further instructions.
