STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Procurement of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Floor Tiles and Grounding Kits 1. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE The purpose of this procurement is to acquire Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) compliant flooring materials and necessary grounding accessories. These materials are required to establish and maintain a safe, static-free environment essential for the handling, assembly, and testing of sensitive electronic hardware and components. 2. SCOPE The vendor shall provide all materials and transportation necessary to supply and deliver 1,000 ESD floor tiles and 8 ESD grounding kits as detailed in the technical specifications below. 3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 3.1 ESD Floor Tiles (Quantity: 1,000) The vendor shall provide 1,000 ESD floor tiles meeting the following exact specifications:  Brand/Line: FreeStyle ESD Plus Interlocking Tile  Properties: Conductive  Color/Style: Apollo  Dimensions: 18.5" x 18.5" x 8.6mm  Finish: Standard Finish 3.2 ESD Grounding Kits (Quantity: 8) The vendor shall provide 8 ESD grounding kits meeting the following specifications:  Compatibility: Must be fully compatible with the requested FreeStyle ESD Plus Interlocking Tiles.  Functionality: Must provide secure and compliant grounding for the installed ESD flooring system. 4.
