Statement of Work for Manufacture of Acrylic Test Tanks
The task may require but not necessarily include rough cutting, gluing, milling, deburring,
polishing, inspection, cleaning, and heat setting inserts. Computer-aided design (CAD) models
of the tank parts requested are provided to assist in understanding the requirement. A
presentation is provided to assist in defining the requirements for lift / handling hardware to be
included in tank parts.

Deliverables
A quantity of one(1) tank barrel 1, one(1) tank barrel 2, one(1) tank barrel 3, one(1) tank barrel
4, one(1) tank dome 1, one(1) tank dome 2, one(1) tank dome 3, and one(1) tank dome 4 is
required.
Items shall be manufactured according to the CAD models provided in the Government
Furnished Information. Each tank part will be clear with a polished interior and exterior
allowing visualization of the interior. Vendor’s standard inspection process for tolerance
verification is acceptable. Lift / handling hardware will be added to each tank part as is defined
in the Government Furnished Information. All items shall be delivered to MSFC at the end of
the period of performance.
