Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Security Trays/bins for Daifuku Automated Screening Lane (ASL) X-Ray machines. These trays/bins are to be delivered to Denver International Airport (DEN). This contract will address the requirements of TSA’s office of Security Operations. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
