Statement of Work (SOW) 1.1 Objective To provide professional stone engraving and inlay services at the Flight Dynamics Research Facility (20 Langley Blvd., Hampton, VA 23666). All work to be completed prior to the dedication on July 31, 2026. 1.2 Scope of Services Engraving: On-site sandblasted engraving and hand V-cut decorative outlining on existing wall panels. Granite Seal Inlay: Shop fabrication of a polished Absolute Black Granite seal, to be sandblast-engraved and inlaid into the limestone wall on-site. Finishing: Lettering to be painted as required, followed by a cleaning of the immediate work area. 1.3 Performance Requirements Work Hours: Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Timeline: All submittals are due within one week of contract award, with all on-site work to be completed by July 31, 2026. Government Furnished Information (GFI): The government shall provide all artwork, approved drawings, and final spell checks. Site Access: The government will provide on-site parking close to the work area for necessary equipment and air compressors. 1.4 Exclusions This scope excludes overtime or weekend work, gold leaf gilding, and general building cleaning beyond the immediate work area.
