1.0 Background
NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center requires continued maintenance support for avionics and
mechanical components installed on the Pilatus PC‑12NG, serial number 1081, tail number N606NA. The
Center has enrolled this aircraft in the Honeywell Maintenance Service Plan (MSP), which provides
structured repair and replacement services for Honeywell‑manufactured avionics and mechanical
components. This support ensures system reliability, flight readiness, and predictable maintenance costs
for mission‑critical operations.
2.0 Objectives
The objective of this effort is to obtain comprehensive Honeywell MSP support services to maintain the
operational availability and airworthiness of the PC‑12NG aircraft. The Contractor shall ensure covered
avionics and mechanical components are repaired or replaced per MSP terms and conditions. The results
will support reliable flight operations and reduce unscheduled downtime. The effort is limited to products
listed within Exhibits 2 and 3 and excludes components marked “not covered” or “limited support.
3.0 Requirements
The Contractor shall provide all maintenance services required to support Honeywell MSP coverage for
the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center’s PC‑12NG aircraft, ensuring repair and replacement of
Honeywell avionics and mechanical components listed in Exhibits 2 and 3 of the agreement. The
Contractor must manage and maintain accurate configuration records, perform all service actions using
Honeywell approved methods, and comply with applicable MSP terms. Services must address only those
components designated as covered, while items marked “not covered” or “limited support” fall outside
standard MSP support and require separate handling. The Contractor shall coordinate closely with NASA,
furnish complete service documentation, and ensure reliable execution of all tasks needed to maintain the
aircraft’s operational readiness throughout the contract period.
4.0 Deliverables
Maintenance Services:
Completion of all covered repair/replacement actions for enrolled components.
Service Documentation:
Repair records, component status reports, and confirmation of services rendered shall be provided to
NASA AFRC’s designated technical representative.
5.0 Period of Performance
The period of performance for this SOW aligns with the MSP Agreement coverage period:
March 26, 2026 – March 25, 2027
