Description Sources Sought/Market Survey: Hospital Aseptic Management Services

Alconbury installations in the United Kingdom.
Anticipated Contract: Firm Fixed Price, however, the Government reserves the right to
alter other contract types that would benefit both potential vendors and the Government.

Section III: Scope of Work Summary
The Government is seeking qualified sources to provide all management, tools,
equipment, and labor necessary to perform Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) collection,
transportation, and disposal, alongside specialized Healthcare Environmental
Cleaning (Aseptic/Medical Housekeeping) at the following locations: RAF Lakenheath,
RAF Mildenhall, RAF Feltwell, RAF Croughton, and RAF Alconbury.
Services must comply with all applicable U.S. Department of War (DoW) regulations,
UK Environmental Agency standards, and host nation medical waste protocols.
