What this opportunity is

The Department of Homeland Security is planning to award a sole-source contract for ID scanners to Fortior Solutions, LLC, which is the only provider of the Omnivee® Program and its RcX capabilities. This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses, making it suitable for small firms that can provide similar access control equipment and services. Interested parties may submit a capability statement by June 23, 2026, but should note that this is not a competitive bidding opportunity, as the government intends to proceed with Fortior Solutions.
