Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – 70Z02326QCGA00001 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12 and Subpart 16.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02326QCGA00001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The contract will be awarded as a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. to provide in person (on premise at U.S. Coast Guard Academy) tutoring services to Academy Cadets for math, chemistry, physics, data literacy/programming, and engineering. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. IDIQ CLIN Structure: The IDIQ Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structure will be for a five (5) year ordering period in accordance with Attachment II – Pricing Structure (The hourly rates proposed in Attachment A will become Attachment II of the contract upon award). Each ordering period is one (1) year in length. CLIN Description Amount 0001 Tutoring Services Dollars, US Description of Requirement: The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract Statement of Work (SOW) is hereby attached as a separate document (Attachment I). The specific services to be provided will be specifically identified in each task order. The successful contractor shall provide the following services to the USCG specifically identified in the individual task orders and the IDIQ SOW (Attachment I): The general areas of support are as follows: In-person (on site at USCGA) Academic Tutoring Services during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, in the subjects of: Mathematics; Chemistry; Physics; Data Literacy/Programming; and Engineering. The first task order will be issued at time of award. Task order one requirements are incorporated into this solicitation. The minimum guarantee on the IDIQ contract will be the amount of the first Task Order. Dates and place(s) of delivery, inspection and/or acceptance are identified in the SOW. A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition can be found in Part 5. A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition can be found in Part 4. It is the Quoter’s responsibility to ensure their Phase I offer is received (in total) by the Quote DUE DATE OF July 15, 2026 by 11:59PM Eastern Time. Offerors are hereby notified that if your Phase I Quote is not received by the date, time, and location specified (see below) in this announcement, it may not be considered. The Government reserves the right to not provide a response for any Offeror question or clarification received after the due date.
