Statement of Work
1 General Information
1.1 General
The Opekiska, Hildebrand, Morgantown, and Point Marion Lock and Dam projects
are located on the Monongahela River between Dilliner, Pennsylvania and
Fairmont, West Virginia. The Projects addresses are as follows.
Opekiska Lock and Dam – 1241 Opekiska Road, Fairmont, WV 26554-8612.
Hildebrand Lock and Dam– 1610 Hildebrand Locks and Dam Road, Morgantown,
WV 26501-7643.
Morgantown Lock and Dam – 26 Morgantown Lock Road, Morgantown, WV
26501-2329.
Point Marion Lock and Dam – 304 Powerplant Road, Dilliner, PA 15327-9603.
1.2 Coordination Meeting and Points of Contact (POCs)
Prior to commencement of any work being performed on site, the Contractor shall
participate in a teleconference with the Point Marion POC:

1.3 Scope of Contract
The intent of this contract is to perform Insulation Resistance Testing (Megger
Testing) on each identified conductor with respect to ground and adjacent
conductors in a cable assembly.
The work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and supplies and
the performance of all labor and all incidentals necessary to megger test
conductors at the Opekiska, Hildebrand, Morgantown, and Point Marion Lock and
Dam projects and provide post-test reports.
1.4 Location and Description
See Attachment 1 - Reference Drawings, Attachment 2 – Cable Schedule, and
Attachment 3 – Photos. The required wires and cables to be tested are shown in
the solicitations Attachment 1 - Reference Drawings and Attachment 2 – Cable
Schedule.
The conductors are approximately 600V rated 3PH. This site is open year-round.
Price shall include all time, labor, and mileage costs, if applicable.
